  My last visit was horrible got served half portion teryaki (half the amount usually get) there was no bathroom or washroom when i got my order after 3 times sending it back to the chef the tray was dirty with sauce spilled all over it (juffair branch sucks)

  I have been a customer of yum yum tree for a very long time, and I used love it , but sadly the place is absolutely horrible now !
  
  the restaurant was taken over by a new owner sometime last year, and sense that the staff changed to untrained cheap labor, the food quality and value for money changed, the place feels neglected
  
  I went in yesterday for a meal and I had to leave because the place smelt really bad, the staff charged me for an offer without asking me first, then when I told them why the extra charge, they just canceled the order without asking me if I want something else.

  Once kebab was smelling stale, threw it. Today, home delivery was incomplete, forget extras. Looks like will have to shift after 19 years.
