Rude staff, been cancelled on TWICE last minute, even after having made the appointment a week in advance, and after they had confirmed with me that the treatment indeed will go on in the MORNING OF. This had caused me a horrible inconvenience on the day of my own graduation. 0/10 would not recommend.
