I have called during working hours 3 times a day for 5 days straight at different times each time. At no point have I ever been able to get through to the Consular, and the customer service attendants were absolutely useless. Horrible, horrible service.
Just got out of my interview,
I must have visited half a dozen embassies, and never felt as relaxed and comfortable as my interview today.
Security was perfectly welcoming yet precise with instructions.
Everything was clearly marked and easy to comply with.
Interviewer was one of the most respectful human beings one can encounter, clear questions and attitude.
US embassies all around, but Bahrain precisely, make you want to improve yourself and live up your US trip, and urge you to be confident about your application
هلا والله فديت السفارة صح بيها اسرائيلين بس ميخالف نسوي روحنا ماشفناهم
The most rude officers I have ever dealt with, Even the call operator lady is extremely rude.
People working in this embassy are not being controlled by a quality assurance department or something, they just abuse their power because they have the authority to delay, cancel or reject applications. If they delay your application, although they promise that they will contact you, they DO NOT follow up on you, you have to run back of them for months.
They do not have an efficient call centre, the VISA section are never available over the phone. They advise you to call in the afternoon because they might be available at that time, why aren't there more officers employed at the call centre who can answer some calls?
Very poor, it's very sad that they are representing the United States of America.
