Location is convenient but staff is always rude!
The rates are a bit high but they guarantee to buy back at the same rate you have purchased within 30 days with proof of purchase, that's if you have any foreign currency left. Not sure about all of you but I always end up getting more cash from an ATM overseas as no matter how much you exchange it's always not enough!
Sometimes it can be a bit crowded ad there is only 1 person working at that location!
Most of the time they would have the currency you need available but sometimes it's very limited therefore you can't get enough!

Lowest exchange rate in Bahrain. 1BHD = 77THB whereas other exchanges giving rate of 86-87THB. Do some research before using them.

The most despicable experience I had. The airport has two branches. The one in the arrivals has nobody to attend to customers. The one in the departures has a lady that lacks etiquette and the western union sticker is misleading as in the departures she tells you to go to the arrivals branch for western union transfers, which ironically has nobody to attend to you as a customer. I seriously recommend that travelex should actually conduct site visits as mystery customers so that the incompetence of some of the staff as well as negligence could be experienced first hand by travelex management. What a waste of time, petrol, and energy trying to transfer money, via western union, at the airport.
