If i can just give ZERO rating for this. I will do so! Way back before when talabat is newly launch, they really had a great customer service. But now. I think they are just after the money only. No compassion for their customers anymore. And sometimes they are lying about the situation. They're putting the blame on the restaurants to save their face! You better improve your service now that your company has been grown up.

Disgusting application and really bad service. Never ever food come on time. I ordered my food and waited forever to be delivered. Called restaurant and discovered that Talabat was blaming it as they delayed my order. But in fact is Talabat to delay it as they don't have drivers to deliver order. The food was ready in restaurant, but Talabat driver not yet in restaurant to pick it up and deliver. All I can say for this application is that is a liar application and the people on the phone operator, are also big liars trying to play with our mind and make us fool.Not recommended at all. Better i go and pick up freshly my food order.

Better to order direct from restaurant.. I will use talabat only to see the menu and contact the restaurant direct

Talabat is getting worst , 90% from my experience with them is BAD.. They recruit bad drivers some of them are aggressive when replying or talking..
It is fine for them to be late but if you are late to open your door for 3 minutes they will leave and not wait.. very very bad service

One year ago, Talabat probably had a good service, but today the service has become terrible and extremely poor with insufficient drivers. It is 3 days in a row that I have placed an order, and on all 3 days they have failed to assign a driver and the order wasn’t processed by the restaurant due to unavailability of a driver. I eventually ended up cancelling the orders. Extremely poor service. They have to invest and spend money on improving their services and hiring new drivers! And not just focus on some fake marketing! I will be ordering directly from the restaurants next time!
