One of the best developments as a living option for families. Great facilities including a beach, pool, playground, tennis/basketball/soccer courts, gym(requires membership and has equipment, squash courts and classes), restaurants (dairy queen and my kitchen), coffee shop and 24 hour market. Offers 1-5 bedroom apartments and multi sized villas for rent or purchase. Has secure hated entrance and restricts entry to residents and guests.

Kids friendly. Though no pets allowed, you can still see lots of dogs.
