    It’s in the diplomatic area of Manama, very huge bank. Very clean & neat, all services available. But needs improvement. Always long rush as per Indian standards I felt. Services are overall fine.
    There was designated car park for all including disabled drivers.
    Staff need to do work fast as we noticed most of them go on other staff counter & chit chat. This makes a long rush & waiting time.

    Pathetic customer service.

    I visited the bank to open an account but was turned away and told to return in the morning. On my next visit, I arrived at 9:30 AM and didn't get my token called until 2:30 PM. After a frustating five-hour wait, I was shockingly informed that account opening wasn't possible and I should come back in the morning. Only after escalating the issue to a higher official was I able to complete the process at 3:30 PM.

    This is unacceptable display of customer service. The staff treated customers with a blatant disregard for our time. This bank needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and learn from other local banks that have mastered efficient service delivery.

    It's very Bad Bad Bad Bad .... Etc. Service, better plz remove help line number. Called many times no one answers. Very bad staff's and service.... The service same like Shifa Al Jazeera medical center and Hospital Manama,, and same like Kerala Government service.

    If there could be an option for rating -5 star, even that won’t be enough to rate their great unprofessional service.
    The staffs (even the managers) should be counseled and reminded that its them who gets paid for providing us the required services and treat/respect them well as a customer not vise versa.
    Its very much clear that these reviews won’t do any better because all these years people have been doing this but thank god this didn’t brings any difference in them👍

    Very bad customer service. The employees are not helpful at all and are always busy with personal work. The watchman is more helpful then the employees of this bank. As a Indian I would request GOI to either provide a better customer service or stop the salaries of this people. Disappointed and Frustrated with SBI both in india and in bahrain.

    My review is based on following services that I have used :
    - NRE/NRO Account Opening &
    - Document Attestation for KYC Purpose
    Positive Points:
    a) Dedicated parking for Customers in Diplomat area is very plus point.
    b) NRE/NEO Account opening was relatively straight forward and simple (as long as long one carries all the documents required for account opening). Within 4 weeks account was opened and activated.
    c) They have Toll free Contact Centre number 80801724 for EFTS, Retail Loans and NRI Services related queries.
    d) They help with attestation of documents for KYC purpose which is very plus point.
    e) SBI Life Insurance has opened 1st international office (outside India) here in Bahrain. If policy is purchased using SBI Bahrain account, one don't need to pay GST on premiums paid which is big saving. You can get more information on this from Bank.
    Following Improvement for Customer Satisfaction:
    1) Lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm can be reviewed and replaced with working reduced staff during lunch time by going in rotation
    2) Internet banking does not come with pre-activation, you have to call India Customer Service Centre. This can improved.

    I came this bank 03/01/18 to change my mobile OTP number till the date they did't change at all.
    As per them it's just an matter of 1 hour process.

    Open a bank account here to torchure yourself.
    It I'd the worst place to open your bank account. They treat you as if they are doing a favour on you, and that too not for a loan, but for your own savings bank account. Customer service to Branch manager, nobody bothers to even hear your feedback, let alone acting on it. To deposit cash or cheque is a full days work here. If you're lucky, it might get done in half a day.

    No. One Nastiest Bank Customer Service In My Life I Had Never Ever Seen. I came To Your Diplomat Main Office On 07.09.2017 And 12.09.2017 (2 Days) To Change My Registered Mobile Number till the dated (13.09.2017 At 4.00 PM) Not Changed And I have Try to contact Your Customer Service And Your Operator Today (13.09.2017) Many times Nobody was Taken My Phone. It Is Very Very Shame On You Guy's.

    One of worst experience.
    Internet banking is like you are entering into a black hole. Which link will lead to what no idea? Please i guess all are educated cant you put a link to learn the Internet banking usage when you have upgraded it.

    Even more frustrated when i tried calling the customer care. No body receives the call. Seriously do you have a customer care person in your bank.

    Best Service . Could have more branches and branches kept open on Saturday and late until 8 PM at-least for us to use the banking facility after office hours.

    Please enable mobile banking facility to Bahrain Region ASAP. Thanks.
