As someone who has to visit a lot of banks, this branch has been an abomination to Bahrain banking sector. One of a kind where a line of people is forming for collecting token but the security guard is standing besides not bothered. Sales department is too busy on the phone, or chatting among themselves to even look at people waiting 45 minutes staring at their antics. Wouldn't take a card even if it was for free
The services section always take atleast 1 hour for your turn. They dont have enough people in this section.
Customer services is not good

Very poor service! Honestly such a disappointment. My debit card and my phone got stolen and it has been hell having my things back this bank is not being helpful at all, I'm sorry but instead of sorting my new debit card out they asked me first to go to zain and get my old number back which was stolen coz they cannot do anything for me without it!! What a shame! I've been to the bank 2-3 times and for a week now I'm still struggling to get a new debit card.
