Nice place to shop for almost all type of electronic and electrical stuff. Most of the electronic stuff we can get under one roof. Very professional, welcoming and helpful staff. I think you should consider to keep carts too. In case we have some extra stuff the shopping bucket is not enough. The choosing and collecting the stuff from entrance is quite a time consuming process. For a couple of items it best though..👍👍👍

Sharaf DG is a strange shop with a reasonable selection but sometimes fails to provide the basics. I find the staff to be inexperienced and lack the required knowledge. I have an argument with the floor staff every time I’m there. Third party and supplier deliveries sometimes an issue. After sale customer care and warranty very poor.

Worst customer service we've experience in Bahrain! Of all the stores here we regret choosing Sharaf DG City Center to purchased A/C. We've bought it on Friday and as per customer service the only availability for delivery and fixing is Monday! We agreed that timings will be 4:30 to 5:00pm so we can arranged with our personal schedule and the staff even note it down on the delivery note. Sunday came and the delivery guy were calling us that they were downstair in our building to fix it, what??? I called that night to Sharaf DG 1717 2652 to confirm about the delivery date, and the staff confirm it. Yesterday (Monday) I called again to confirm and the staff said 'yes' again that the delivery will be on the said day. We were waiting for how many hours and decided to call the delivery staff and to our surprised they even said there is no chance for delivery!! I keep calling Sharaf DG but the staff will just took reference number and will say they will call us back, but we got no response at all. Luckily they came by 8:30pm, very far from the schedule we agreed. What's funny is that they fix it in a rush as if it is a 50BD second hand A/C. And what's breaking our heart is the REMOTE IS NOT WORKING. They delivery guy left us no choice and advice us to just contact Sharaf DG.

This is really a bad experience for us. The money we paid to purchased is no joke. We chose your store because we trusted you. You should always communicate with the schedule of the supplier, we do understand that there are a lot of customers. But be prompt when it comes to arranging schedule. Also, the quality of the product. 160BD for a brand new A/C with no remote working? No words for this.

Terrible store offering low quality/ defective products. Immature process of dealing with customer concerns through adopting an approach of misdirection from the fact that their products are of low quality.

Submitted two complaints to you by completing the forms on your website. The first complaint was more than a week ago. To date, no reply was received. You are not taking customer complaints seriously and the only reason for this 'standard' response you sent is the fact that it is posted on a public website!

Don't even bother to call !!!
There service in the store is good, but their department phone operators are useless. I tried to reach the IT department to check on availability of printer cartridges instead of wasting time driving there only to find out the don't have stock. 3 hours so far of being transferred with no answer or listening to an answering machine.
Eventually got given the direct line to the IT, but that's even worse. Machine answers your call rings 3 times and says "Thank you for your call. Good bye" .
SO frustrating when you are on a tight schedule!!!

Staff are overly concerned with getting their commission by attaching stickers to items. They are not at all helpful when you actually need them.
Many items are overpriced when compared to competing shops.
I had an item under warranty, repaired for a fee because they claim that I broke it due to misuse despite the fact that I had just used it less than 1 month when it failed. 7 years later it never broke again despite my so called misuse by staff. I guess they refuse to admit that manufacturing defects exist or are covered by warranty.

Shared DG need some schooling in customer care and customer rights.

They have most products related to IT but they fail to keep up their slogan- "cheapest cost". The cost for the items are much much more than the market value. Plus at get lesser than market value at selected stores in the city. Most people can prove this and will agree to this statement.
