The food was very plain and tasteless, the chicken in tacos and other dishes was dry.
It took them 1.5 hours to bring the food.
We had a surprise for our friend and they forgot to bring it even though we reminded them multiple times. The band sang the song for the wrong person once our friend was receiving her cake, which was kind of disappointing too.
Lastly we asked for food to go, and they didn’t pack half of what we asked, for instance if we had a whole meal left over, they would only pack the chicken and nothing else that was included! The band and the atmosphere Made it better though

I only go for the drinks! Their margaritas are strong, and their in house band is always a fun time. However, don't expect good Mexican food. It is not even close to the real thing, so be warned. Do go for their Margarita Monday specials though!

LOVE this place! the margaritas are class and the chips and salsa is really great. I've yet to have a bad meal here and the atmosphere is always so much fun!

I’ve tried this place twice and ha e to say THe place is too packed, no where to sit, no tables. the waiters are understaffed and too rushed. The food is poor / bone in my chicken quesadilla, the other dish was half burnt, half soggy and looked like the chef was drunk or high. Avoid for anything less then a party atmosphere

Not impressed toooooooooo expensive for a low rate Mexican food. Be careful of the waiters they do not explain to you what's considered a deluxe drink and what is not. Like everything else in Bahrain they try to rush you through your order without proper explanation and at the same time rocking they're head side to side like you're supposed to understand. Why is there a karaoke singer, not the customers but an actual karaoke singer singing, if I want to hear karaoke I'll go to karaoke bar. Not impressed too expensive and never trust a Mexican restaurant with no corn tortillas

This place is one of bahrain's classics.

You can't say it is the best Mexican restaurant when it comes to good. But the small place has a magical atmosphere and it is almost guaranteed that you will end up the night dancing.

Great prices.

Highly recommended for groups, birthday celebrations, or an early bite before your night out

The Manager and staff were very attentive even when it gets crowded. The live music was continous for 3 plus hours making a great place for music, food, drinks and atmosphere.

The margarita was nice but other food is not. Pork was not grilled it was boiled and after they put on grill . Pork had bad smell. We were waiting for the our main course one hour . Do I don't think we will be back

Visited this lively restaurant many times throughout the years, always food is right, good service from all staff managed by Mr. George whom without the Resturant wouldn’t have been so successful.

I was swayed by he many reviews on here and decided to give senor pacos a go.Was disappointed.The waiter who first served us was pleasant and helpful but he was soon replaced by a waiter who seemed to have wanted us to leave.Our table was cleared off nachos and our glasses of water while we were still drinking our wine at the end of the meal.The restaurant wasn't very busy so no excuses.The food was average at best , the black beans was a stodgy mush, guacamole was bland and the salsa was average.We had the fajitas and though the portion was big,it was dry.It was definitely expensive for the quality of food and service. This isn't a place for a foodie. I am sure the place can be a lot of fun after one too many margaritas. Just don't go for the food.!

It is one of the local hotspots.
Its nice if you can get a table in the smoking/music area. The non smoking section is very dull. Their food is nothing special but their burritos r good. And you get a bowl on endless nachos with salsa😍 which is super yum!
Strawberry margaritas were delicious and staff are very friendly and cool.
It has a stage with live music on specific days, and a small dance floor for whoever is feeling a bit dancey.

The best experience only second to being in an open country. The food and desserts are good and the choice is good too. The price is very reasonable. The music and dancing was the best. Toilets are clean. Service is excellent. The decor is attractive

I've been coming for the great food, service, and ambiance for 17 years (and counting). Live music, dancing, and margaritas = a fun night out! The nicest and most accommodating staff anywhere in Bahrain. What more could you want?!

I liked the place, was doing a stop over and the merchant marines told me this would be good a place for a Mexican experience. The drinks where good and the food tasted like the food in Los Angeles, it was busy with foreign customers.

People tell me this place is an acquired taste. I love it! The service is great. The food is good. The atmosphere is nice. Pitcher margaritas are great!
