Health center is ok doctors are also good but Dr Nasreen Abdulmajeed is the worst doctor in sheikh sabah. She's extremely rude doesn't listen to patients problem neither she discuses anything just writes pain killers whatever the problem may be. Unfortunately I have been examined twice by her and both the times she was very rude didn't do any check up and just wrote painkillers. Me and my family have boycotted her to visit since we dont find her work appropriate. Rest all doctors are good.

The staff in this health center are always helpful and kind, they don’t wait for you request help rather than offering their assistance.

its ok.but reception people should improve.put cctv to watch all.take feed back paper near door of reception.I personally felt staffs should understand that we are not coming there for free,we are paying money and insurance,only few expats come for treatment.doctors are becoming rude when we ask them about more than two illness.

The center is organized, clean and the staff are very helpful. We visited the Dentist and she was very professional and explained the procedure in a clear and understandable manner. My son was afraid at first, but the Doctora was very competent in encouraging him. Thank you to the Bahrain Government for this fine Health care system. I love Bahrain for this.

Great service by the dedicated doctors. Appreciate the effort by the management to keep it up to the mark. But need an enquiry counter. Patients who come there are not all highly educated. Those sitting in the counters are aware about the procedures but an outsider has got no idea when he comes there. To ask just a question,patients are asked to take a token number. It would be much helpful if they display the procedures.

It's ok if you're willing to wait for your turn, it's usually busy in the mornings, specially on Sundays and Thursdays, it's open at 5 in the evening, it's usually less crowded at that time. If you need to see a dentist though, be there at 7 a.m. to make sure you get to leave early and get a spot.
