  SULB STEEL is a joint venture between Foulath and Japan-based Yamato Kogyo. SULB has two rolling mills, one in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and one in Bahrain's Al-Hidd Industrial area and is a fully integrated producer from DRI to finished steel products.
  
  SULB boasts a global strategic location, and its positive forecasts are further reinforced with the latest cutting-edge technical knowledge gained from Yamato Kogyo (Japan) and also have shareholders who are among the region’s most reputable and committed investors.
  
  Foulath represents a holding company and investment vehicle for metal industries across the Middle East region and is owned by a range of reputable partners in the GCC – who are Kuwait Foundry, Gulf Investment Corporation, Al-Kharafi Group and Qatar Steel. Foulath currently owns a 51 percent share of SULB.
  
  Yamato Kogyo Company, SULB's second shareholder, owns the remaining 49 percent and has a reputable Steel Manufacturing history dating back to 1944. The company represents one of the world's leading section producers. Yamato Kogyo Co has customer focused manufacturing operations in Japan, Thailand, the USA and, more recently Bahrain.
  
  SULB STEEL is supported by the combined expertise of these shareholders, and this puts it in a very strong position as it pursues new opportunities for growth.
  
  SULB STEEL`s Bahrain-based facility, which is situated in Bahrain's Al-Hidd Industrial Area and consisting of a direct reduced iron (DRI) plant, a melt shop (MS) and a Heavy & Medium Section rolling mill (HSM). SULB is being supported by Bahrain Steel (BS) which is located within the same complex as regular supplier of iron ore pellets.
  
  The Light & Medium structural rolling mill situated in Jubail, Saudi Arabia (KSA), previously known as UGS, became Saudi SULB following its acquisition by SULB in 2011, and and boasts a production capacity of around 450,000 tons.
  
  The Saudi SULB (SS) facilities are now benefiting from our in-house billet supply direct from the melt shop in Bahrain.
  
  SULB`s Bahrain based facility along with Saudi SULB (SS) outlined above , offering our Customers comprehensive range of product sizes from a range of angles and beams up to 914mm deep in JIS, ASTM , British Standard , European and International Standard dimensions from our varied Product Basket.
  
  SULB supplies to worldwide markets to stockholders and end-users.
  
  Customers demand precise dimensional tolerance, a high standard of surface finish and phased delivery to suit fabrication programmes.
