Easy to get to location near the Souk, but the worst part about this bus station is the parking situation is absolutely horrible. There are a few spots in front of the station but those are always blocked off so that the car washers can hustle you for the spot. There is an air-conditioned waiting room for the bus.

The place has a few seats, but cleanliness levels is not the greatest. Buses leave on time generally, so don't be late.

It's pretty straight forward, when you open the door, take the right doorway and there is a man sitting at the desk. You tell him what ticket you need and he prints it and checks your documents so even if it is a future date, bring your documents. They take cash and cc and there is a waiting area with seats right there. I know he speaks Arabic and English; maybe others too, I don't know. I've been there twice. Once it was crowded and they announced boarding. The other time it was a 1/2 hr before departure and just me so I asked if I could board and he said yeah. Families and single women get priority seating in the front. The second time he was preoccupied, I pretty much had to ask him to check my ticket, tag my bag even though the place was all but empty and i had been waiting for 10 minutes but no worries. I'm the type to get it done and move on.

There are 6 Bus services to Dammam. There will be the massive waiting time in immigration in King Fahd Causeway. Service is good
