The patron margaritas and pizza are the best things here. Much of the rest of the menu should be avoided - frozen food served either fried or microwaved.

If you avoid ordering biscuits and sausage gravy at restaurants because they never get it right try Ric's! They do it better than most of the places in the southern U.S. and they do it in the middle east. Definitely the best for a thousand miles. They also magically cook their bacon so it is crispy and delicious and still pliable. perfect!

Wasnt able to get a table here on a Friday morning. The reviews about poor service is accurate. But I guess whoever is going here expecting something other than a greasy old American diner experience is kinda missing the point. So enjoy it for what it is.

Ric's is a great place to eat if you're looking for traditional American country foods. It's a bit pricey, but the food is great and you never leave hungry. They claim to be the best American food in the Gulf and I agree with them.

The dining experience was mediocre at best, I would have given three stars but the staffing is terrible. To make matters worse when I returned home with my leftovers half of our dinner is missing. Again if the staff cared at all it wouldn’t have happened.

Food was great. It was nice to have American food in a land far from it. The beer is mouth watering, the pulled pork sandwich is on point. If you want some good BBQ then stop in here.

I came here by myself. This is a hole in the wall bar/restaurant. The atmosphere is incredible and inviting whether by yourself or in a group. Great live band that invites local participation. Very friendly people who are open to meet others. Also, food is great. They serve authentic Texas /Oklahoma type food.

Depending on the day (chef?) the food quality can vary significantly. Normally pretty good. Overall enjoyable. Great to have real bacon and sausage for breakfast.

Breakfast was great and they had real bacon. It is a bit expensive though. I think I paid $22 for breakfast.

Good food and seating. But the racist servers and racist customers just ruin the whole atmosphere. Imagine West Virginians with the wrong impression of New Yorkers' attitudes!

One of the few places to get sweet tea and pork bacon. Pricey, but pretty good.

Great Party, Garbage Food and Service
    Pro:
If it is Entertainment that you are looking for and the best Guitar that you can find on the Island, this is the place to go.
(After they kicked Faith and Dino out and brought them back)
It is not just Music and Singing, it is Performance and Entertainment at it best, involving customers and Guitar Solos that you have never heard like this before.
The guests that are performing via Instrument or Karaoke are worth the unconveniences that you might experience.

    Con:
    - ATTENTION: Pay your drinks one by one. Do not make a tab!
    - The service has not changed to the better. It was not good with the Philippine waitresses. You could sit for ages with an empty glass.
It did not improve with Ethiopians.
    - Food is a mater of taste they say. Taste can not be discussed. My recommendation is, eat before or after you go there.
Sadly I had to go through several times of being hungry and order, every time something else, every time thinking that this one would be the dish that they can't get wrong. I was taught better. The cheapest they can get, without adding spices or flavours. A ->No Go

We went there few times because they say that they broadcasting the NFL games . False ! They are unable to make the internet work correctly and they don't even try to make it work !
The food is totally disgusting. (I was sick twice!) The first time I tough it was just me. the second time event my girlfrien felt bad. So yeah. nothing to see . Even for breakfast supposed to be "unique" in fact it's true It's the MOST greasy breakfast EVER!

Although a bit on the pricy side, Ric's is the go-to place whenever I'm in Bahrain. I can always count on being able to get some good old American comfort food there--something that is hard to come by in the Middle East.

Great little restaurant. Visited with family. Themed rooms gives it a slightly cheap feel, but is soon forgotten, thanks to the American type hospitality.
Food is very good, but don't expect an English style breakfast. It's comes with an American twist.

Slightly expensive. Would we visit again? Absolutely.
