Very bad experience with reception-I could not find the entrance, called to reception,no one can speak English, I called 4 times lady was hardly talking seems she was dying.she transferred the calls and I waited every time 3 minutes-but no one answered.
Dear management you need to look into whom you hire- it’s actually the face of your company.

Have a treatment for two children from Dr. Adnan - very happy. Extremely competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite doctor.
Same time girls on the reception are critically impolite and challenging to communicate. Can't do even simple actions, to make an appointment by phone is more painful than a caries treatment itself.

Worst service on Friday plus they don’t accept insurance on Friday.
Ram management you have to solve insurance issue acceptance, it has to be accepted everyday.

5 star goes to Dr. Wael.
Ive been in bahrain for almost 6yrs now as an expat. I tried several medical and dental centers but Dr. Wael's expertise, professionalism and punctuality is incomparable.
He made my veneers perfectly and lessen my anxiety with the procedure.
Highly recommended.

They messed up my payment and I had to go back again to pay only to discover that the doctor forgot to prescribe me antibiotics that I needed and now I have to go back again. The doctors bedside manner was great, but the nurse name Ellen was completely clueless and the secretarial staff were hostile and incompetent. I'm very disappointed.

Good dental services the XRAY & surgery services are over priced but it's like a market here usually very crowded.
Some of receptionists are racist have to argue on small things. I believe the management already knows this.

Great clinic.
First consultation is a walk-in and it's free!
The staff are all friendly and efficient.
The equipments and facilities are state of the art (the panorama X-Ray machine is futuristic to say the least - I've had previously taken panoramic X-Ray in Saudi, the U.S. and the UK but nothing was as impressive as what Ram has).
The prices are very reasonable.
Dr. Iqbal is amazing!
