  No exageration. I dialled their number (17564776) at least 30 times between 9:30 and 11:25 AM today. NO ONE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE CALL. They definiely have a big problem with their service, worst than the issue with my vacuum cleaner.
  
  I tried calling again around 12:15 noon. To my surprise, a lady picked-up the call. Not changing my rating as there is really no excuse why there will be no person available to answer calls during business hours.

  There used to be a small Panasonic retail store at this location but that is now closed. What you will find is the office of Al Futtaim Techserve, which is the authorized repair centre of Panasonic in Bahrain. They are hands down the worst repair outfit I've ever come across. I recently had the misfortune of giving them a Panasonic product to repair and experiencing their horrendous "customer service". Without going into too much detail, buy a Panasonic product in Bahrain at your own risk. If anything goes wrong, you're definitely on your own.

  If you would like to find any Panasonic device or electronics and if you are looking for accessories related to Panasonic items then this is the place to go for. Although, the items are quite expensive but they deserve the price tag as it reflects the quality.
