  Convenient and easy to access but lacks proper staff and service.
  
  Palmera cold store is perhaps one of the most well stocked and accessible stores located in Um al Hassam. You would find most of the goods you need at standard rates; also most of the products present are fresh and easily accessible.
  
  The down side involves in the lack of the ability of staff to communicate effectively to people comfortable only in the English-language. However they do serve well to South Asian customers.
  
  The place is definitely doing well by any cold store standards and is very convenient for supplying immediate and urgent day to day needs

  Palmera is a small shop so have the advantage of no queue ,Good quality of products , fresh products and everything for the immediate requirements available and situated near to the residence area.
