  very poor customer service I was looking for a remote control and plug for my sound system & the worker told me he will see & call me up but no one has called.

  Shocking poor service. 3rd time they failed to fix an item with out phone calls and follow up. I had to demand the unit back before they offered to fix in 24 hours. Puts you off dealing with the company

  نصيحة لله ..لاتفكر مجرد تفكير بشراء اي جهاز من اجهزتهم وتحت ضمانتهم..خدمة سيئة جدا جدا وعدم التزام بالمواعيد وعدم الرد على المكالمات ..بعد طول عناء يحضر الفني ويفحص الجهاز ثم يغادر لاحضار قطع الغيار اليوم التالي ولايعود وتبداء معاناتك مع الاتصال بهم وعدم التجاوب..

  قطع غيار متوفرة لكن أسعار مبالغ فيها جدا 15 دينار سعر Drive Belt ??!!
