Terrible costumer service, dilapidated building, nobody picks up the phone and when they do it gets cut because of "line problems." If I was calling a low rate garage they would have served me better. Is this the image you want to project of Mercedes cars here in Bahrain? Wonder what the Mercedes Benz HQ in Germany will do if they knew about this. Very annoyed and dissatisfied customer.

A luxury these cars and high prices, but the exhibition in behind me humble is not worthy of such cars prestigious exhibition needs to be developed at the level of the value of these cars and this advice to accredited to the development of the exhibition agent to be more luxurious like the rest of the opposition to normal and luxury with the other agents cars

Probably the car dealer with the absolute worst reputation. The court rooms are filled with poor fellas who bought "new" cars with pre-existing problems, and others who bring their cars in for maintenance, only to find out that they were charged for things they didn't need, got old parts fitted in and what not. They give Mercedes a bad name.
