  Good sheesha place. Try the cheese omlette in the breakfast menu. It is right outside bahrain mall which makes it an easy accsess to people living in burhama or sanabis. The food is not that great compared to the prices on the menu but thr service is good. If you want to have a quick sheesha while your wife is doing grocery shopping then medcafe is the place for you.

  Great outdoors seating.
  A very diverse food menu.
  Sheasha is served indoors and outdoors.
  There's a non smoking area.
  But the prices doesn't match the quality of the food or the service.

  I ordered Cheese and Mushroom pizza which was fair, and Penne pasta which was a wow for me 😍.
  
  The place is unique. Despite that I would recommend they exchange smoking area with non-smoking area. Outside area is also beautiful, and they have added a tent outdoors for smokers.

  The best branch. Always tasty. Their secret is in their sheaf. He is really creative. Try their pizza. Lamb chops or any thing also and I promise you will enjoy it.
