My phone is Alcatel go play and I am well aware that it is water resistance. I’ve been having issues with the phone since I bought it, apparently MCC are not able to help me with it. The guy in the front desk actually advices me to go back to carrefour to get my phone repaired, he was from Egypt. The guy answering the phone was claiming that he has never seen water resistant phone since he worked in MCC and he was trying so hard to convince me that my phone is not water resistance, he also claimed that he have checked all the internet sites and YouTube channels regarding my phone he was Bahraini. It has been almost 9 months and I’m still trying to ask them to fix my phone, it still on warranty. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently he never sit in his office.

This place is a joke totally.

I am never buying anything in my entire life whom they are responsible to repair.

That place is nice but no bus stop near that place so it's very difficult to go there and come back from there by Bus.

Sometimes when i call them theh dont have accessories like Mobile screen, cell phone batteries. Other than that it is fine. The charges are a bit higher than Bin Hindi centre.

A couple of days ago I have taken my Huawei Honor X6 for an issue with the gyroscope and they were very supportive my review loses one star because the person who is answering the phone over there has no respect towards customers.

To get MCC over the phone, I took two days. Calling several people. Why can't they update their Guarantee card by giving the proper address and telephone no. My first attempt was disappointing, and now let me see how the service centre at Seef will work. I have to contact now for a battery issue of my Phone.

They kept my phone for 14 days and instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing they chose to blame it on me. Their excuse they called me once but there was no response. I had called several times but all I they kept saying is that once it's ready they will call I even called 3 times after apparently it had been fixed. At one time the customer service agent hung up on me. No code of ethics at all.

Poor experience here, lady clerk and staff had poor English comprehension. Staff could not communicate in simple English. Did not attempt to repair phone, just opened and took a photo. Left water inside phone and did not close properly. Save your money, protect your phone and stay away from this place.
