I have been a member of their gym since August 2017. The gym is well stocked, the trainers are experienced, professional and friendly. Their hours are great. The receptionists are always very kind and pleasant and make sure to welcome everyone in and wish everyone a pleasant evening as they walk out. The staff in the gym who make the protein shakes are also extremely polite and kind, Haydee in particular. They always asked about my health and general well being. I recommend this place not only for good physical health, but also for good mental health because the staff will really make you feel great about yourself!

This is my second visit. First time for the spa/massage side. Excellent. This time to get my hair cut n colour. Also very nice service. Will go again for both.

I go for the Moroccan bath and massages in their Spa section. Excellent experience every time, but it's not cheap. Enjoy.

Cheap ass saloon. They do not know how to cut, color and style hair. They also suck at facials and they are very unsanitary. Do your nails, hair and whatever at home as you will be less disappointed!

Clean, professional, and beautiful! I love this place. My go-to for hair, spa, and classes (yoga, spin, Zumba, boot camp, pilates). The spa is GORGEOUS! There is also a juice bar upstairs in the gym and a cute outdoor patio.

Very bad, disappointed. Don't go there if you care for your hair and nails.
Went for coloring hair = result hair is burnt. Lady who treated my hair was pulling and acting rough. Looking now where to restore them. Manicure with shellac = result bad, cuticle not cut, polish left everywhere around nails. Eyebrow coloring - not even asked which color i prefer, just put black. Guys, if you consider you are a high standard salon, really need to do something about your service.response / report this review -

Today I went for a facial and I ask them for acne treatment.. they told me 65 BD.. My face was bad after treatment.. I told them .. they said we use expensive products.. They have many types cheaper but they cheated me to pay more for bad service.. they only want money.. I dont advice any one to go ..

Quite a nice spa, high level of service and very calming ambience. Only downside? somewhat over priced! But on the upside, they have a huge range of services, and even gym classes you can go to per class (without having to be a member!)
