Just can’t understand to enter a branch and have customer Service desks staff just look down and have no customers in front of them - isn’t that the opposite of customer service ?? And finally when your turn comes first reaction no sorry I can’t give info and than after hesitation and some pushing they finally check and give a response

the worst bank ever in providing information
the call center will tell you something, the customer service will tell you something else.. worst bank ever
PS. i added the Ramadan timing
