  It's very old insurance office and the employers are not customer friendly. Last time I opened a claim and handed over my car key for service .They did not checked my car and not even asked where I parked the car ?

  Very far,small old office cabin ,their other branches do not deal with motor claims except askar ,and no way online motor claims ,their associated afroassian RSA/car is even worse ,slow response,price is good attractive but services age old and slow

  I was in and our fairly quick but the parking wasn't great at all. That said, the security guard outside can be quite helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience taking into consideration the reason for being there in the first place.

  Kindly use other insurance company like tazur bkic bni
  If u r resident of Manama hidd then u have to waste 5 days for small work and if u are working then guaranteed loose your salary for those day of u work on car
