Exceptionally poor communication and organisation. Timeframes provided are always way off, not just by hours but by days and close to weeks. They do not have any regard for the inconvenience they cause by not meeting timeframes or worse, communicating a change of circumstances. Have been fed many lies. No honesty, fairness or understanding shown. Beyond frustrated.

Rip off. They charged me money for nothing! They only caused a confusion as in their system they recorded my cargo boxes in the wrong location which prolonged the process of me getting my things. I was advised by the cargo staff in the airport to never pay them/deal with them again as they did not clear my goods nor did they move them anywhere.
