Expect to spend alot of time to finish your task. Parking is an issue and the number of staff and the small waiting area makes life difficult.

Worst experience ever. All the employees are very racist they would prefer Arabic speaking first. I got my token number 8:30am and was served at 8:00Pm on 8th February, 2016 they made sure me being a forner I was the last customer to leave the building. Worst customer service of my life Actually it's a shame government giving jobs to incompeten people who are not even able to speak more than one language as 75% of bahrain is non Arabic speaking. Please fix these little issues. I actually would like to file a complaint against one employee but not sure how to go about that if any one can please help me with that.
