  you get space, top of the line equipment, on point sales team, SUPER Coaches and trainers whose relations surpass the Gymn space. Benny is a sweetheart, Mahmoud is the bomb. Trainers: Cliff and Gonzalo ultimate havoc combo.

  Spent 2 months here while I was visiting my family for vacation
  Excellent staff and facilities..
  If you are into group classes they have a variety of classes daily and you can opt to attend the ones you like for free during the membership period..
  Personal trainers are always around to clarify your doubts..you can opt for one to one sessions too..
  Being at Juffair mall you can opt to workout while the rest of the family is shopping or at the movies..there is a waiting area too for family in case they just want to hang around..
  They have regular competitive games held outdoors..
  Overall a great option!

  Im a 7 year member. Was a member in Dubai. Then became member in brn when they first opened here. They chrg me (7 yr member) BD 399. And 2 of my friends were offered BD 283 for the exact same 13 month mem. Period!!! They're new. They shud pay more. But no. FF is not loyal to its existing members FF bahrain are thieves. I will never renew my mem again. DO NOT REGISTER THERE

  I joined on yearly package . There are short of threadill and stride machines. All are occupied in evening hours. Good to choose other fitness centre which as more machines.
  Regarding personal trainers we need to be available for there time and not for ours.
