It’s very active and dynamic atmosphere, members from every age group enjoying their time either training by them selves, attending a group session, training one on one with FF trainer, or perhaps reading a news paper at the coffee shop section or chilling outside beside the pool.
The only negative point against FF, is that the need to be transparent regarding their membership fees. Their fees policy is like selling at a Bazar for example when you want to register they will tell you: “our fee is BD450/year, but because you were a member with us 2 years ago we manage to get you a discount for BD50, so your membership is now BD400 plus extra T-shirt, gym bag, and free training session, and then they will start drawing graphs for you (not joking) about how you will benefit out from paying this money (the Chinese way) as if they become my wealth managers. Finally once you register, and of course not because of the graphs and the long session, you Will discover that a first timer registered for Less than what you paid 🤣🤣🤣
Too crowded during rush hour also if a machine is broken it takes them a long time to repair it. The juffair branch on the other hand is much less crowded

A fitness center for male and females. It is located centrally in Manama. It has a variety of gym tools, group fitness exercises and outdoor swimming pool. It is great atmosphere!
Great place with good equipments, try to avoid peak hours..
My favorite gym in terms of location and facility. Giving out two stars for many reasons:
Firstly, (some) receiption/sales staff are not professional, if you are eligible for a gift (e.g. friend referral), then you need to chase them and nag for a "shaker bottle"), it just feels uncomfortable.
Secondly, the equipments are not much assorted.
Thirdly, The car parking area is a "U" shaped, but the middle of the "U" is blocked with a chain, so if you couldn't find a space in one go then you need to go reverse all the way back.
Fourthly and most importantly, the music in the prayer area is too loud, despite that there shouldn't be any music; the prayer area itself is not well maintained, tho it's just a "prayer area" not a prayer room!
Convenient location good equipment friendly staff
Ask for Annaliza in the Sales team, she'll explain all the packages, give you a tour of the gym, introduce you to a PT and maybe give you a free day pass to try the place out. Fantastic service, facilities and place
I used to be a member 4 years ago , and everytging was broken and out of order ; the shower locks , changee room knob , coffe machine , sunbathing chairs , always locked up lockers by barbaric members (although nothibg inside)
I have witnessed racial abuse and was a victim of one because of my ethnicity by a powerfull bigot
The membership prices flactuates like borse , i joined 3 months for250 bd , some months later i saw friends joigning for 400bd for a whole year
The staff were discustingly rude, i still remember the philipino lady telling me on my last day" this is your last day you cannot come tomorrow"
And another philipino told me while having my friend as a guest that " you cannot bring him more than once!" Eventhough i had 5 guest passes : bottomline they just want your money and thats it
Professional instructor for an extra (in addition to the membership) amount.
Six instructor lead classes for BHD 150/- (1hr each) which I had paid. These classes are with a validity period, hence plan the days accordingly. Decent mixed gender gym. MyZone device which comes with the membership package is a good gadget to keep track of your activities. Haven't seen anybody using the swimming pool. Zumba and other classes are free along with the membership package. Overall an excellent diverse gym in this modern era with due respect to fellow members of any gender.
As an ex member of Fitness first, here's my review, I am no longer a member because I have found almost no interest in respecting the members basic needs for at least a properly lockable shower doors! Most of the shower glass doors didn't have functional locks and it was a mess, I have heard that it was renovated recently but I am still hesitant of rejoining the GYM as I prefer a separated GYM for each gender. I am planning on signing up again in Olympia Health & Fitness Center which I have a very good time being a member at a year ago
