  There is a mix and ladies gym and from my personal experience the gym is very well equipped and personal trainers are available to assist you when needed of course you can pay an additional fees other than membership for a personal trainer to assist you step by step however the personal trainers will show you how to use the equipments and will gladly help you when needed. The discouraging point about the gym is the location and the parking

  The gym is great with all equipment you need with ( pool , massage , sona and steam ) except that the place is too small and very crowded

  One of the best GYM facility i have experienced.. for 1 day pass during my visit to Bahrain i already felt in love with the place.. super clean..friendly staff.. biggest collection of machines.. showers and lockers super organized.. recommended for all..wish i have more days to come back here. Keep it up

  Honesty I get up in the morning go to work and sit there thinking when will this day just end for me to end up at my most amazing gym in the island and the environment itself means the world to me because it's made me become who I am today
