  The building is nice
  Staff are friendly but for family and long term utilization they are below the average
  
  There have dual standard for dealing with customers
  
  I have to pay maintenance fees in advance each time then I’m under the mercy of the maintenance supervisor opinion, they are pushing for sort of maintenance contract
  
  In case the service was not delivered your money will not be back
  
  My floor was dark for 2 days and the elevator was dark for another one in few weeks
  
  Poor process and no flexibility
  
  I don’t recommend for family they will ignore customer feedback and push you to pay more money by all means

  Era front desk and management have excellent service, they feel like a family in the way they work. Their maintenance fees are priced very fairly compared to other buildings and still keep the place updated. The units have great views and are spacious. When issues arise they are very approachable and helpful

  I had a very good collaboration with Gayle. She helped me in my pursuit for the perfect apartment, she was patient and never pushed me onto something I wasn't convinced of. She went above and beyond to find me offers, answer every question I had and advise me with no hidden agenda. The closing of the deal went smoothly, as she took care of every little detail and problem along the way. Thank you for everything, Gayle!

  Very professional staff, and ultra convenient living. No problem to small or to big for friendly staff to fix and the facilities are modern, the apartments well equipped and decorated and the views stunning. Special thanks Gaylee and front desk, super helpful!

  Happy to stay at least 2 months in the iconic tower of Bahrain. All living needs in one package. Had a neat and classy living experience here. Would be living here for long if i hadn't get a job transfer

  Era Tower is a great place to live! The management fully furnished my apartment with the best pieces. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues that arise. All of the facilities to include awesome pool, two gyms, a 24 mini market (great for when you forget something at the store). The front desk staff is always there and always answers the phones. Best part about Era Tower is the location. It is directly across from City Centre Mall and a short walk from Water Garden City (lots of restaurants). Great views of the city. Luxury apartment building, easy to live in.

  I've been here for 3 months, and its been great. The building is clean and well kept, with excellent amenities - well equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna, and a 24 hour convenience shop in the building. The maintenance team attends to important issues promptly, while minor issues take a few days.

  Navy guy living in Bahrain. Don’t live here the air conditioning units here aren’t powerful enough to keep this huge building cool. I’ve asked other people on different floors and they say the same thing. They have 6 elevators but only use 3 and your constantly stopping on floors so employees can use them but won’t get on the elevator if they see you in the elevator. This was once high end flats but age is taking its toll. Pool and gym it’s nice.
