Stay away. They are the worst in Bahrain.
1- They will tell you water and electricity included in your contract but only up to 15BD. It is 20BD for 1 bedroom apartment anywhere in Bahrain. So read the the contract.
2- They will enter your apartment anytime without prior permission. It is even written in the contract!! So again read the the contract. I have moved out and new owner will always make sure I am in before any visit.
3- No matter how clean the apartment when you move out, they will charge you for “deep cleaning” and repainting. They charged me 37BD for a clean apartment. Photos were available to compare but they refused to see them.

era maintenance team is the worst in bahrain. They’re the only maitenance will charge you deep cleaning fees when you shift out in bahrain. And they don't reply your email.I will never rent any department from era project any more!
