This was once a very nice place but has fallen victim to the owner and the management. It is in desperate need of quality renovations and not just caulking. It's filthy! Such a shame as it didn't used to be like this! Just walking around for 5 mins produced seriously manky feet. The old, cold and dried up chip on the floor topped it all!

The hotel does not have a parking and it is in a very narrow street, thus you cannot park anywhere near it!
The rooms are old fashioned, old furniture, and carrying multiple scars from others.
No drinking water in the rooms and when you ask for it you are easily forgotten.
So much noise around the hotel that wakes you up early in the morning.response / report this review -

not the same clean picture in the booking website, also i did not find well cooperation from the staff , always closing the swimming pool unless we inform them to open, not safe swimming pool for kids and it is very small and not clean, no laundry machine was found, wi fi was very slow, bathroom not clean , sorry it was a bad experience for me and my family

Horrible.
Not even a table where to decently sit andchave your dinner.
Kitchen directly connected with the bedroom and no option to physically separate the spaces.
This means if you cook, your clothes even if stored in the bedroom, will smell at food.

very pathetic service from hotel staff. gave me room which was not even cleaned, no quilt etc, not a single drop of water in room to drink. i changed the hotel the very next day. horrible experience.

nice to my apartment style room. clean and tidy. for bathroom there is shower gel but nothing avaluable to apply it (hand towel or loofah). the satellite tv has no guide on available channels as there are 1000 channels but only a handful are available. For parking, there is no parking lot except unpaved ground across from hotel. there is ongoing constructuon of a building across the street so where will I park once that building is done? I thighs all hotels would have their own on site paring (the other elite properties do). overall a nice hotel and will stay again.

The hotel staff are always courteous each time I visit the Elite 5. Except for the bathroom being a bit small the rooms are comfortable. Nice view, great location to night life, and dining. Always enjoy myself,

The stay was ok.. The rooms were specious, my room was non smoking but smelled like a smoker was there previously . The showers water in the bathroom would overflow in the floor, with the curtains and the showerdoor. This was a great area for concern.. Standing water would be there for two days. Reception staff was either great or poor with their customer service.. We paid a full night for late checkout at 8 pm and had to produce the receipt to prove it, then we were still harrased by calls to clarify our check out time. The reason they have for charging us the full,price was one thing one day the next day the manager was rude and proceeded to tell us we didn't pay enough for a whole night stay.. It was not a good end to this stay.

This is establishment has a five star hotel Resort Staff, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel. Everyone is extremely courteous and are always more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate me as a guest. I recommend long term stay here to anyone visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain. Location is very convenient everything you need at walking distance and every restaurant delivers. A+
