The clinic looks good with nice clean decoration with polite receptionist.
I came to the clinic to clean my teeth, the doctor didn't speak to me about my teeth status after or during the cleaning, she didn't recommanded anything just clean my teeth with exterme force ( I cleaned my teeth dozens of time this was most painful) and rush.
All the fluids was inside my eyes because they didn't put a goggles to protect my eyes.
After cleaning they didnt provide a mirror so I can see my teeth.
The doctor left without a single word, I felt she was careless.
As a summry they are not professional.

The worst clinic I went to ever they didn’t know how much should be taken from me as co payment for the insurance and they let me be surprised with the bill. The receptionist staff was not professionals at all. I would never recommend this to any!

Let's get the dentistry out of the way. Dr Heba was very good however her assistant was not good and there was saliva all over my face. No goggles provided. Although the assistant did wipe my face once they were done.
Why one star because the receptionist (fillpina) was rude from the time we arrived they wanted to reschedule my appointment 15 mins before. As I was leaving I told her thank you and her reply was "because you are zero payment that's why you said thank you" (yes I have insurance because it's my company entitlement) Due her I won't be going back or recommending this clinic to my colleagues. In case anyone thinks I'm being a racist my wife is a Filipina! While the receptionist insisted it was just a joke I didn't find it funny and she's not my friend to joke around. Worst clinic in my life and won't go back even if it's free. I would rather pay for a clinic that treats people right!

I received a phone call from the owner of the clinic about 1 hour after I left and he was very kind with his apology on behalf of his staff. I visited your clinic and i was very satisfied with your service. First the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.I called and one filipino guy answered my call and he was so polite to answer all my inquiries.And when i reached to your clinic the same guy who assisted me his name is dexter if im not mistaken.He even offered me drinks while waiting.And my Doctor is Dr.Saeed he was so good too ,always smiling. Difinetly worth the money and worth to come back
