Terrible delivery service. We placed the order at 630 and after waiting for 1 hr we got to know that the driver didn't pick up our order from the restaurant in seef mall!!! Spoke to the manager there and informed me that he will reach in another 35 mins!! I blv if they were decent and know how to manage a place, they would have notified us 30mins after the order to mention it will be much later than planned, giving us the option to order from another place, rather than wait for us to complain after an hour.
Good news we received the food after 1hr 45mins!!! Soggy burgers and cold fries! I actually informed the manager to do a new set of burgers rather than the set which was in the restaurant for nearly an hour till their driver arrives but I doubt this was done from the looks of the food.
