I recently had my hair cut at beauty spot and it was the worst haircut of my life. she chopped my hair so short and made my hair into chunks with unorganized layers! Then the hairstylist fought with me saying “i don’t understand what layers are” she made the layers so far apart it looked horrendous. i had to go to another salon and cut my hair extremely short to fix it and apply extensions to hide her mistakes. And I still had to pay. Never coming back and never letting anyone i know to go. I now have to wait months for my hair to grow back all because of the hairstylist obviously unskilled mistake.

I've been going to this salon since I was a child. It's my first stop whenever I come home! I love the staff and their attention to detail is phenomenal. I've been to a lot of salons all around the world and this is still the best salon I have ever been to. Thank you Beauty Spot Team !

They are so friendly and professional every time I go. Appointments are always easy to acquire and the ladies are always smiling and look happy doing their jobs. The prices are extremely reasonable and I am always very pleased with whatever service I have. Will keep going back :)

We had the worst experience ever because the "hairdresser" in full faith. My girl is 13 and she needs serious surgery. ..to make her feel better we discussed for a nice happy treatment at the salon. These woman knew the situation and I asked specifically for a more natural colour as shown in the picture. It became a total disaster.
The pictures tell it all. We where at tge salon from 09.00h in the morning as as they attempt to make it even wors and my girl became unwell. she agnored my specific ask DO NOT TOUCH HER again. Then the worst came tge hairdressers refused to let my girl go and kept on putting products in her hair. My girl was crying and hyperventilating. on top of this total mistreatment the hairdresser still said to my girl that she would continue. I was so upset and crying because she wouldn't let me take my girl to the hospital. I had to support her walking out of the salon. Her new jeans and t-shirt where totaly ruined.
I will never forgive how they disrespected me as a mother.
Good advice to all who reads this. DON'T TRUST THE HAIRDRESSER at this salon.response / report this review -
