  I am very well travelled and know what's expected when u go to a medical centre ..been to many here in bahrain but I must say this is the bestdoctors are very professional and helpful ..and the rest of the staff are awesome.. been going to them for a while now on a weekly basis. I have been out of the country for a few months but am back now .I am very happy with the service and customer carethank u to all the staff at bahrain medical centreyou guys are awesome👍

  Service is so slow . Reception need to improve communication and manners with customers. Inside of the medical center was so cold people were freezing. Bathroom doormats are so dirty in waiting area. Xray doctor is rude
  Didn’t see smile from Anyone
  Waiting area has Tv, Water dispancer ,comfortable seats, magazines
  Need to improve customer service Staff need to be helpful , To show 😊Positive not Negative 👿
