Charged 8BD even though the sign on the door said 7BD for the 'Holiday Special'. Car smelled very bad and the interior was ragged and torn up. Outside of the car was dinged and scratched heavily. Charged me 35BD for a 'scratch' that was found when I turned it in.

This is your typical car rental company, of which there are many on that same street. Axis stands out because of their customer service.

I've been renting with them for a few months and haven't had any issues.

Service was fast but the car we recevied (Hyundai accent) was smelly and the a.c. was very poor. With 40degres outside it was horrible.

My Father Rented a car from Axis Rent a Car , he had a nice experience with their customer service , after coming home he was talking about the staff named MOHAMMED he was so nice to him , as my father is new in Bahrain , he helped a lot giving him information about Bahrain and also Traffic rules & regulations which helped us save ourselves from Traffic fines & also helped us knowing places , I guess we should have staff like him everywhere ,

I rented a KIA Rio with them for almost 2 years. I became a loyal customer because of their customer service early on. In particular, George and Keziah always did their best to accommodate my needs. Although repairing a car through their in-house technicians can be expensive, AXIS's level of customer service made my contract with them worth it. I highly recommend them if you live in the KSA and need a car that you can easily drive to Bahrain.
