Very shamefull of your administration,,,i came with a prescription from another hospital with all stamps and also insurance form but u people denied me medicine just because i did not use your hospital,,,,that's very inhuman,,,,i will never set foot again in your hospital,,neither me or my kids or even my wife coz i do have a file with u n all my family members,,Aster u just lost a client.

no respect to certain nationality, treatment of reception for cash and insurance totally non logical. parking is a never easy, hell here, no space all the time. sorry to mention the rude senior doctor internal medicine to female patient, lacking experience. never recommending to few category out of bitter experience.

Slow services all over, parking takes more time, horrified. needs improvement when compared to smaller clinics. Nice pharmacist advising about medicines. nice lab doctor who drew my blood without any pain, Saritha her name. i bless her. nurses need more patience.

All doctors and staff are Indian . Even patients are mostly Indians . The need to increase Arabic doctors at least at reception. Parking there is horrible taking taxi is better .

My favourite thing about this hospital compared to all other hospitals is how professional and pleasant the staff are. They're always smiling and always checking to make sure you got everything you wanted. They're always making sure you've been taken care of and that you're not waiting too long. The service is very fast. The hosital is very clean and the doctors are very knowledgable and reassuring.

Very poor service and we had waited for an hour just for a check up.. there was never busy at all just around 5 patient and there like busy talking to each other only(staff) need fast action stop too much interaction with co staff.. set i good timings to patients so that they will not suffer waitingneed to understand they need to rest and they need your help..

I visited Aster clinic for a vitamin check up and i have been informed me that the results will be ready within 2 days with free soncultation , despite the fact that the staff were very friendly and loveable , unfortunately 5 days have passed without any notice about my test results

Last week I took my 4 yr daughter to aster(Bahrain) at around 9.30pm for a consultation with the pediatrician,as It was a sort of an emergency I couldn't fix an appointment but unfortunately both the doctors had left for the day.So I came to know about this only when I enquired at the reception..but the there was a gentle man behind the counter(really apologize for not noticing his name) whose spontaneous action can be called the real customer service at the best.After enquiring with us what was the issue,he took us straight to the duty doctor without even wasting our time in registration process.Even though it was not that real case of an emergency the way he acted upon really needs a praise from our side as a parent..
Thank you aster for having a very professional staff as a guest service agent who can be a real goodwill ambassador for your company

Recently, I had taken my mother in law to Aster Bahrain, Friendly staff (all departments), Smiling Customer Service Officers, Kind & Experienced Specialist-Doctors, what else does a patient need? Ubiquitously superb facility at Gudaibiyah, I recommend to my friends to try if they get a chance.
We were treated well of-course.
