Shabby, overpriced and understaffed. The worst thing about going here was that they tried to scam money from me.
I always pay by card but I needed to break a 20 note so I paid cash. After giving the cash, the waiter or server disappeared for nearly 15 minutes. I had to go to the counter and ask for my change. A few minutes later they came back, giving me change for 10 bd.
I explained to the waitress that I only had 20 notes, that I paid cash because I needed a 10. I even showed my wallet, which only had 20s. They made me wait a further 15 minutes, took my phone number and treated me like a criminal. In the end though, they did give me my full change.
I think the staff who took the bill in the beginning switched the cash. That's why they took nearly 15 minutes to bring the change. Rather than investigate their staff, they investigated the customer.
I do not blame the staff here at all. They are completely overworked and I sympathise with them. However even other reviews mention scamming and overcharging. Avoid this place, it's a hole.response / report this review -

Crowded at weekend
Their service has been improved
Waitress friendly and busy all the time same as bees run here and there to serve you
For me the fresh juices are overpriced comparing to the quantity they serve(which other Café has started to do the same minimizing the jars)

I went two days in a row. atmosphere, food and shisha are great but totally overshadowed by the trash service.
I have been laughed at by staff for requesting a lower temperature for the AC as my friends and I were sweating.
And getting the staff's attention is a total pain in the back because they keep ignoring you.
If you want to keep your self worth, I suggest skipping this place and going to the 20 others in the vicinity.response / report this review -

I visited the place many times Has a good food and nice place to smoke shisha but unfortunately, the staff may be involved in internal stealing organization . When I ordered my order, the waitress suggested an item (kebba) and I agreed to take it. I was wondering why he suggested that item among the others! but when I received the bill and checked the prices, I found out that that item has extra 7 Riyals I was not informed about. When I asked about that, the manager gave me stupid excuses. Be careful and check ur bill

Had a group of 15 of us, waitress lied on a 'special deal' they had, the manager came up with too any excuses not to help us with the matter of their staff speaking to us stupidly.
