  No queue system. Looked like a 2 hour wait so had to leave to another branch. Employees are not very efficient.

  Worst insurance company ever. Thier CEO is one of the most despicable and savage people I have met in my whole life. As 3rd party customer, I had a damaged Corolla to be total loss, "I don't have time to waste for a Corolla" he said when I met him. And yea, the settlement took 10 months.

  I am not their client and for sure never going to be, i am the damaged party as their client bumped into my car.
  I swear a month is going to pass and a simple decision cancel or repair is not yet done!
