  Package arrived a few days ago but was never delivered. Called 6 times to inquire but nobody NEVER picks up the phone. Useless.

  Not answering calls.several times I called.I went there yesterday evening ,ramadan timing is different from web timing,till after noon.my parcel there for 5 days.I renewed driving licence online before two week.

  Reminds me of how bahrain was in 1990! Love it!
  On a serious note: big upgrade is needed for system, computers and everything else. Office painting etc
  Great parking, friendly employees who work hard with what’s available. If re branding and provided with some IT solution to speed up process for them like it’s used in DHL etc they would be GREAT. Otherwise they did a great job to help me get an parcel from overseas.

  No one ever answers the phone. Only one staff present who's pretty rude. Makes you take a token no. even if there's only one person before you.
