The management in that building is the best.
The building itself is getting a bit old and needs investments in renovation but still a great place to live in Juffair. Next to the highway which is a big advantage when you need to go to work in the morning.

Great place to live, been here for over a year. Lovely swimming pool, very nice gym, a meetings room, small cinema and many other facilities. Staff and Management are very helpful too, and treat all your requests with care and consideration.
