This is a family run place with Nicolay, as the part owner and manager, his girlfriend and mother all working together. They are amongst the nicest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. All the rooms (except one) are apartments or suites rather than just bedrooms. They are clean, stylish and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views of the town and the mountains. Location is very central. There is a spa bath with a waterfall, normal jets and a very powerful floor jet! A sauna and steam room are also included. The restaurant has a good choice of dishes and everything I tried was delicious. Complimentary breakfast is available from 8.30 to 10.00. My apartment had a fridge (useful for cold beers on the balcony watching the sunset) and a sink with kettle also available but no cooking facilities. It’s easy enough to make a sandwich or snack or just order from the restaurant. The prices for accommodation and for the restaurant are very reasonable indeed. I had my washing done here and not only was it very cheap but Nicolay’s mum folded everything very neatly, matched all the socks and all in all I felt the service was more personal and better than many 4 star hotels! I really cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Препоръчваме и бихме посетили отново. Чисто, уютно, просторни апартаменти, добра кухня, тихо, гледка към планината, удобни легла, силен интернет сигнал. Отлично обслужване - учтив и отзивчив персонал, свързаха ни с транспортна група, за да се качим до рилските езера. На минутка пеша от аква център Котвата.

Чист, уютен, малък хотел с чудесни апартаментчета, добре обзаведен с удобни матраци на леглата и чудесна гледка от терасата. Учтив персонал, добър ресторант и добре поддържан спа център . Много близо до комплекса с басейни" Котвата"" Бяхме там от 27 април 2017 за четири дни и много добре си починахме .Много хубаво място - препоръчвам го.

Great place to stay - the apartment was big and cozy, furnishing was new and stylish. The food in the restaurant was amazing - you could tell products were farmer's.
