NO RESTROOM FOR CLIENTS
If you buy "to go" but you want to eat it immediately like ice cream or small tartalette, imagine: you can't wash hands! So basic hygienic need. Zaharo doesn't allow to wash hands and use wc for clients, who doesn't have a table and placed an order via waitress. I asked several waitresses (and the one who served me) to help me and open a toilet, nobody helped.
Because of this, many clients kids use outside are as a toilet. It smell bad and servise is awful.response / report this review -

This is still our favorite place in Pomorie to drink coffee and eat cake. They have a huge assortment of cakes, ice-cream and deserts that are really delicious. There is a small playground nearby and some products that are especially appealing to kids. Unfortunately with it's success it has also lost some of it's glory as they focused on efficiency over customer service. Staff is too busy to take a picture and with the code locks on the toilet doors it has lost a big part of it's kids friendliness.

Very tasty cakes. The best in Pomorie. But also expensive. And in the summer they stop making ecler :( . Good lemonade with honey.

Good coffee especially capuccino classic. Wifi and wc passes change daily - you need a bill.

Absolutely our favorite place in Pomorie to drink some coffee and eat cake. They have a huge assortment of cakes, ice-cream and deserts that are really delicious. Also really child friendly as there is a nice playground and some products that are especially appealing to kids.
