Dealth with extremely rude woman on live chat, explained that I needed to rent somewhere for 2 months in VT after a lot of twoing and frowing she became was very flippant and condescending with me, demanding if I thought 2 months was long enough to look for a property (!!), when I explained that I had a property booked for later that summer outside of VT she replied "oh, so you're not here to buy you're here to rent" WTH?? She also acused me of being rude with her (not the other way round). No clue about customer service.needless to say i ended the live chat with her instantly. Wouldn't waste my time with this agency if this is there approach with potential customers..plenty of other good agencies around.

I'm astonished - I saw a negative feedback here. Well take as you find i guess, but i have found the Yantra Homes personnel to be amazingly helpful, willing, professional, and at the end of the day downright friendly. I could not recommend them more highly. I value their advice and recognise the hard work they put in to find exactly the right property. Ten out of ten, well done and thank you all
