Even the non helpful & very unpleasant staff + the average food quality restaurant couldn't put a shadow over the perfect combo between our unique,magical location, the beautiful nature around, the mineral pool, and ofc my a long waited dream finally to cuddle on a rug in front of the burning fireplace with my beloved soulmate - all this made our whole experience a lot more special & memorable then I have ever imagined before!! :)

Infrastucture is great - beautiful scenery and setup. However, the staff are self-absorbed and unhelpful (especially the restaurant staff). Decent experience overall but there is a lot of opportunity for improvement. Also, there is construction going on. Lots of noise in the early hours of the morning made it hard to sleep.

Truly amazing experience. This is the closest place to nature you can be.
We stayed here with colleagues from all over the globe (Peru, Nigeria, USA) for a company offsite.
Loved food, so fresh and tasty.
They produce wine. We had great wine tasting and wine mixing experience
There is a contact Zoo on the territory.
Did not have time but SPA treatments sound promising (win peeling, smth similar to French Bordeaux Spa).
Definitely recommended.

Although the hotel is quite good, we couldn't help but notice some small details which we didn't love. First- our chimney was only set the first night. Second- the coats hanger was right on top of the mirror. And last, but not least, this seems to be one of those self-absorbed businesses which doesn't interact at all with its surroundings but acts totally egoistically instead. Because of this we don't feel tempted to visit this place again even though the hotel and restaurant are nice.

There is construction going on to extend the complex. It is noisy if your room is close to it. I couldn't believe that the disinfected tape was taken out from the trash and put next to my toothbrush. The table at the restaurant was sticky and I was charged twice for something I did not order. I was great fan of the place and service but now I'm sad to see it's getting worse.
