Dr. Kenolov, Dr. Anastassov and the staff at this hospital"Viva Clinic' continue to be at the top of the list of best hospital and staff in Burgas..Super surgical team. Staff was extremely solicitous and caring. They provided answers to every question I asked of them. Thank you for everything and most of all thank you for the good results! :)

Both my daughter (8) and my girlfriend (not allowed to say her age😋), both contracted a viral infection whilst we were on holiday in Sunny Beech, Bulgaria. It was bad enough to warrant medical help.
Our hotel (TUI Family Nevis - Thank you) recommended Viva which was only a few minutes away from where we were.
We arrived to a very friendly and committed reception team who took us through their booking in process very quickly.
When they noticed my daughter vomiting in a bin in the waiting area, they wasted no time getting her sorted and taken straight to the treatment room!!
A little later they were both of my girls were admitted into the clinic and were given constant treatment and care for the two days they were there.
It is very difficult to single out any one individual for great service as it was our experience that everyone we had contact with were brilliant.
The clinic is modern, clean and well resourced.
So, if anyone has the misfortune to find themselves in need of medical assistance in the Sunny Beech area, the place to go to is the Viva Clinic.
Thinking about it, I should have used my spare time visiting their dentist to get my broken tooth sorted!response / report this review -

After a lovely experience here, I discovered they did a root canal on a healthy tooth. I should of sued them.

My mom was in Viva Clinic for 3 days. She was very satisfied with all staff. Especially doctors were very professional, friendly and always helpful. They explained results of each examination in details so we understand the problem. We can only recommend this clinic to every tourist in Sunny Beach. Thank you once again.

I am a bit nervous about dentists but Zhenya put me at ease. The practice is very professional and quality of work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them if you need any dentistry work.

We were directed to VIVA clinic by our touristic operator VING because our child had terrible pain in the right sight.She was immediately examined by the surgeon and required urgent operation for appendix removal.Although the clinic did not have contract with our medical insurance company, they took care of my child and did everything required while we were contacting insurance company for the endorsement.
Thanks God we were in good hands and she was timely and successfully operated.We spent 3 days in the clinic and my child got all necessary attention and care in VIVA.
I would like to thank all personnel and especially doctor Krasemir Kenolov for their professionalism and support in such a difficult situation!
I recommend all tourists who faced problems with health during stay in Bulgaria to contact this clinic and get highly qualified medical help in VIVA Clinic.response / report this review -

We had some troubles at the beginning (with calling to the hospital and reaching the right people), but in the end, everything went well - the staff was really nice and the service was very professional.
