  Lovely little wine place! The man at the bar was great at recommending which wines to drink. We had several glasses of different wines and it was very good value for money.

  Went in a few hours ago and asked for a Bulgarian red wine. They had two open and the bar tender let me try a tiny sip of each but from the same glass. He didn’t want to open another local wine for me to try. I chose the Merlot and he emptied what was left of the bottle into my glass including the sediment at the bottom. I was expecting him to then open another bottle to give me a proper measure but he told me that it was a standard measure of 125ml. Firstly there wasn’t 125ml in my glass and secondly I’m told that the standard wine measure is 160ml not 125ml. There was no “vino culture” in the service I received. It was appalling!

  THE place to go to drink and learn about (really great) craft Bulgarian wines. Boris and his team care about wine, Bulgarian wine history and have an obvious passion for seeing wine in Bulgaria succeed. They also want YOU to enjoy it. 100% do not miss if in Plovdiv.

  I'm sure the wines here are great. I just had a beer and a poo on the cleanest bar toilet I've ever seen. Plus the taps in the bathroom are like little red wheels you might find in an industrial facility. Great. Not sure what the women's toilets are like but I'll check when I go back.
