THE BEST by miles! Amazingly helpful staff who are so friendly and professional. They take wonderful care of our two dogs whilst we are in Bulgaria and away from our UK Vets. If they were in the UK they would be our first choice here to. They speak English which helps immensely when trying to explain circumstances or symptoms. They are very reasonable in respect of their charges and always do our pet passports perfectly. One of our dogs had a nasty bite/infection last year, it took a few visits, tests & a fair bit of medication but they cured him, they even phoned me to see how he was doing. At no time did I think they were trying to ramp up the price, they are perfectly honest and did everything that was needed all at a very reasonable price. PERFECT PLACE for all Expat British & EU pet owners especially local Bulgarians you will not find better.
