We chose Val & Kar because we couldn't find another rental car company willing to let us take a car to Albania. We eventually took the car to 8 countries with no problems. The car was very new, the communication we received was fast and clear and the service was surprisingly good. We returned the car with a small dent and they were very understanding. We didn't have insurance so there was a charge to fix it of course, but it was a very fair amount and they provided receipts. I rarely trust car rental companies but I feel very comfortable recommending Val & Kar. We would definitely use them again.

The best rent a car service in Sofia, Bulgaria. Friendly staff, great prices and reasonable people that you can count on for anything you need. If you need to rent a car in Bulgaria, do use their service!
